    Telstra House, centrally located on Pirie Street, Adelaide and built in 1987, is a 24 storey high rise building tenanted by Australia’s largest telecommunications company, Telstra Corporation. Efficient Energy Systems was contracted to upgrade lighting to meet AS1680 and improve OH&S, at the same time reduce energy use. The outcome, reduced absenteeism, increased productivity and energy savings of 433,000 kWh and reduction of GHG emissions by 424 tonnes.
